New month. New week. New grind.
Mondays can be rough but my morning routine always got me covered. Early morning workout, a nutritious breakfast, a quick phone chat from someone who makes me smile, make-up ready, baby boy set for school and my audible app tuned on to positive inspiration for my morning drive.
It feels good to feel good and live confidently. It’s going to be an amazing week.
